Latest release has extra features like emailing of alerts, and manual quarantining of files and directories (moves stubborn files and directories at reboot if necessary). It is also absolutely free of charge. There is no longer a time limit or licence files. See more at http://www.jacobsm.com/mjsoft.htm#rgwtchr
I only use this and Windows firewall, and I have never been infected. MJRW has stopped trojans trying to get into the system (usually when browsing somewhere dodgy with IE6) on at least 3 separate occasions, and it has successfully thwarted all attempts, moving the suspicious entries to its quarantine. Submission of those entries to VirusTotal.com showed that only ha;f the latest virus scanners picked up these trojans. MJRW picked them up immediately from their behaviour in the system.
Easy to install, use and configure. Multiple instances and emailing of alerts make this a very useful and flexible "alarm clock" for PC users.
Worst:User interface is a bit sparse, but it is certainly functional. The app could be "prettied up".
