I only use this and Windows firewall, and I have never been infected. MJRW has stopped trojans trying to get into the system (usually when browsing somewhere dodgy with IE6) on at least 3 separate occasions, and it has successfully thwarted all attempts, moving the suspicious entries to its quarantine. Submission of those entries to VirusTotal.com showed that only ha;f the latest virus scanners picked up these trojans. MJRW picked them up immediately from their behaviour in the system.
